RT and DB did them absolutely no favors. In fact they tried to ruin those kids by kicking them off the team and holding their cards so they couldn't play for any other team in the league for 6 or 7 months. All because they wouldn't commit in January to another season which the league found to be in violation of their rules which is why the kids were granted releases.

Well the other post said RT did them a favor. Why not just say yeah sure when asked and then just leave after the season as planned?

My kid went to her old teams tryouts in the spring just so she didn't get hosed playing time wise and we knew long ago she wasn't going to be returning.

Were they asking for a cash deposit in January or just a verbal commitment?

Can you name one time PDA has transferred mid season? And don't say the PA girls. RT and DB kicked those kids off the team in January because they were doing winter training with NH. It was OK when the MFS kids were doing outside training with MS from PDA and the fact that other kids were involved with the NH winter training who remained on the team. And the only reason why the kids even got on PDA is because the parents filed complains with the ECNL about what happened.

DB is still reaching out to players now trying to field his 09 ecnl team and his new 09 RL team. You would think this clown would do the right thing and offer the ecnl to some of the Denville 09 kids. If GH ever leaves his team he's screwed. There is zero talent left after the PA girls, his best defenders and the best goalie left. GH is carrying this team and honestly, she could do much better than MF. Only a matter of time till she's on Blue.

Lol, I hears she's been spending alot of time with DS in Chula Vista. If I were DB, I'd be nervous. Wouldn't surprise me if DS convinces her to switch clubs now.

They can keep adding up until April. If there is an official cap ? it's quite high. Stay away from teams with more than 20 and make sure your kid will be a regular starter. It's generally not worth being player 15-20 unless you have no other good options.

Completely different leagues so yes not an issue. You won't get your $ back though.
