What happens if a club does not have second teams in all ages?

they either make one or borrow one? Like PDA/SCP is borrowing NJ14's 2011 team to play for them in ECRL RL Northeast

What happens if a club does not have second teams in all ages?

looks like E64 doesnt require teams to field teams in every age group (guess they either do not have one at that age for they feel their team at that age is "not of E64 quality")

Very interesting…so it says ALL players are recommended to get 50% of minutes each week. So it’s a rec league then? Smh

it also recommends that no one should be head coach of more than 1 team, so I guess they care about players more than other leagues?

A lot of leagues have recommendations that they do NOT expect anyone to follow, they are just there to look good and check a box
