Why do all the girls at PDA to supplemental training with their coaches?

My daughter joined PDA ECNL, but what I come to find out it is that most of the girls at PDA train do supplemental training with their coach to get playing time?

Let’s be fair. Not all but a bunch do it. JB and MS to name two. Is that not true?

My daughter played for MS and we never attended any of his supplemental trainings and she got plenty of playing time. I don't think that ever played in to the minutes on the field.

Yes but they train on the/ side. It’s not a good look.

Honestly, if those kids really want to improve, they should just train with Fausto Klinger from NJ Blaze. The guy had a very successful professional soccer career. Why wouldn't you want to train with the best?

Embarrassing for a grown man is so obsessing over 14 year olds. Man up already and just stop.

My daughter plays at PDA and did supplementally train with PDA coaches. As she has gotten older, she does most of her training on her own. We trained with MS because he is a good trainer, we knew what we were getting and we knew the level of trained would be high bc he would create the most challenging groups so the girls would get better. Proximity to the trainings definitely attracts some girls vs others. Say what you want - most kids train with people they know and won’t exploit them on their website.

How many times a week does PDA practice? We are 3 time a week in our club by our club trainers. Of course head coach has 2 trainings and assistant has 1.
