Why do all the girls at match Fit to supplemental training at other organizations?

My daughter joined Match Fit ECNL last year, but what I come to find out it is that most of the girls at MFA train at other places can someone give me the reason why?

Years ago, MF had a policy about no outside training. Did that change? Or do all these players do it under the radar?

Because Match Fit training sessions absolutely suck, so the players have to develop elsewhere.

Same at PDA - only difference is they have to pay their own coaches for the extra training.

No the difference is that the coaching at PDA is way better. They are trained tactically as a group so they benefit as a team to get the same training, and keep developing chemistry. PDA offers 2-3 practices per week depending on the time of season. If you’re going to do another day of supplemental training and you are very happy with the training your kid is getting, why go anywhere else? My kid also truly enjoys the kids on her team and likes training with them as well. But I have never seen anyone get punished for not doing the extra training as some people may post on this site. It just doesn’t exist on my kids team.

This is why Matchfit teams peak at U10. Once they get to ECNL age they go backwards.

My kids are at MFA and they've been doing outside training since we joined without any problems.
