Some teams -- both good and bad -- are having trouble getting fields. Some formerly good teams lost a large number of players to MLS Next and are having difficulty getting guest players to fill out a competitive roster. Several MLS kids who had been playing for a certain EDP team reputedly recently got caught by their MLS clubs for violating of MLS rules. That is having a further chilling effect on EDP clubs being able to put together teams with guest players. Will also be interesting to see what happens Memorial Day weekend. Certain clubs who had been planning to field starting lineups of mainly MLS players might not be able to do so given the talk about some MLS clubs cracking down.Comment

I really do not think that it is due to the coach just not submitting scores, because if that were the case, the other coach would have done it if they won, and I doubt the coaches of these teams are sitting on 6-0 records and just do not want to post them
These are just the ones I did with a quick search of boys and girls U12 teams. Some on these teams have multiple games scheduled for the same day and things like that.

Very few MLS Next kids would risk putting on a Jersey to guest play for EDP teams in tournaments.
There aren’t many MLS Next teams in NJ too. Some posts make it sound like many do this.
First, practice 3X per week, games EVERY WEEKEND, then soccer activity required outside of practice and games depending on club.
