    Technical Training Options

My DD needs some additional “on the ball” technical training. Specifically, taking on players 1v1, turning and working in areas of congestion. She will be moving onto a bigger field next year.

Where ever we look, we seem be 20-30 in either direction.

    Any suggestions?

I’m aware of the following but looking for any other feedback.

I’m looking for something somewhat independent of a club.

    A Game
    SG Elite
    AP2T

A Game is legit for footwork. Dont get over caught up with it but as a base, he does teach the kids to be comfortable with the ball

There is no footwork, he just tells his players to do tricks at a faster pace and then plays some games at the end.

To add on he doesn’t teach the players skills he just expects them to do it.

Technical training requires consistency. If your kid isn’t practicing on their own, forget it, you’re wasting your $$$. They can learn everything they need on YouTube.

SG Elite out of Parsippany or Steve from Crush. A Game is good for U9 and under. My daughter enjoyed it until she started getting to U10/11ish I think it was
