You should know where your player stands in the clubs eyes. Key point, not in relation to their peers but how the club sees them. Yes they are collecting bodies but more importantly checks. NEVER trust the clubs.

B Team is defiantly the expectation. It's her last year with the club before she heads off to college so it's been an interested lesson she's learning about who you can trust, who has her best interest in mind and even when you do everything right things don't always work out the way you want.

Yes, she committed to a mid-major D1 about 6 moths ago. After talking to the club coaches they didn't want to assign her to a specific team so they can give some other uncommitted players more visibility. So their plan is for her to bounce between A & B teams but we are expecting a lot more on the B team and no showcases or tournament time.

That makes sense. Assuming this is a U18/19 team, most of the committed players don't really want to go to showcases anyways (and definitely not to ones that require significant travel). Are a lot of uncommitted players?
