Seriously PDA is the premier club to play for, North that is, south and shore not

Where do the older ages for shore fit in? They have been consistent over the years. They are RRCL and don’t pretend to be anything but that. A few players over the years left to be on the north white team to be in ECNL, but usually left after they realized blue is all that matters up there anc they are paying more to fund it. The blue shore team is still seen as their A team for ERCL. Why isn’t shore respected as a ERCL team only? Now after the father came into running it, I will say the retention, quality coaches hired and fired, and ignoring younger ages, has ruined any future. I’m sure they may end up lucky with a few players from a team disgruntled looking for a new home but they absolutely have not developed the low level young players. The ERCL labeled blue tide lost every game they pay in low level competition. No one in their right mind with skill will even approach that team. But for the older teams why would they seem unworthy when they are very well aware they are only the ERCL team?

Part of the problem. Parent choice not kids. You are hung up on your D who should be playing low level EDP but you are paying to lose and not develop in ECNL. Thank you for confirming. Her something to chew on. PDA White will always be a C team masquerading as a B. Why because of you.

So for arguments sake. Say I have a daughter that is on white and is better then a bunch of the players on blue. Not with parent goggles but just clear to see. What options exist if kid wants to play high level and get away from the politics and nepotism that exist at pda?

How does anyone know they "have to play" where they are instead of them simply choosing the best option for them? Lots of kids better than what is rostered at some of these academies and they did so without their parents paying a fortune for access.

Go to a couple the team practices and check out what’s out there. Coaches and club information online and you can reach out to them directly. That’s how we did it. There a a few within 5-20 minutes of PDA church. Best thing we ever did for our D. She couldn’t be happier. We had the goggles too and couldn’t look past them. Best advice we ever received was, don’t settle for what’s best for you, find what’s best for your D. You improve with your surroundings.

The White program offers more than just about any club in the area. The list of colleges alone should substantiate this.

So in my experience there are girls on white that are better than some blue players but because of the position they play, they may be on the bench as substitutes on blue. But on the white team they are starters with maximum minutes on the field. Blue takes a player from white to fill a need on the Blue team. i.e if a defender is needed, theyll take whites 3rd best player, who is a defender and leave whites best player, who may be a midfielder, alone. Blue did not have a need for a midfielder. For the club, it would be better to have the player contribute to white to improve the team.

I am not a fan of second teams. They usually get short changed in resources and coaching, however, when it comes to white during the recruiting years, the team is worth a second look. The ecnl has the best recruitment platform. The platform is not the end all - be all but it certainly helps significantly in showcasing talent to college coaches.

There is overall better talent sprinkled throughout the State than what PDA White represents as a whole.

Who cares what list if they aren't as talented as the kid next to them when they get there guess which kid is fetching water bottles?

Huh. Theres too much hate in you for this white program. You are either a outside club coach or your daughter was somehow affected by either not making the team or got screwed on the team.
