Couldn't agree more... this club is a complete joke and he tells you what you wanna hear... the way he speaks to the girls and makes them cry is absolutely unacceptable... stay far away from this club unless you like your daughter being verbally abused

Two more players left as of the last game that was played on Friday night in Depford..... then he tells a parent as he is walking off the field it's the girls fault they lost because they talk to much. He did nothing but scream from the blow of the whistle and seemed to me becase he was mad he had one of his best players sitting on the sideline.. I watched the mother walk over to players side and told her daughter if she wasn't put back in they would leave at halftime. The mother was very upset as she should have been, being thst kid was one of the best players on the team.

All this guy does is blame players and parents- by screaming at 11-14 year old girls and offering nothing but criticism. Joystick coach. He is a cry baby who can not accept he is a horrific coach who no one likes. Refs hate him, leagues want no part of him or his scams and he has no business being around kids. This is the guy who told his red team they lost a tournament cause the girls wore eye black and told the other team they lost because they dared go in the pool at an out of state tournament after playing 2 games in 90 degree heat. Total lunacy. Total clown. That’s why he was fired from his high school coaching job. The end is coming for this club just hope girls can find somewhere else to play

Fausto is always up to something shady. He will steal or call into already built teams from other clubs with parents that are upset with current club or teams that other clubs do not want anymore. As long as he has a cash cow for the 2 teams he pays attention to he doesn’t care what happens with any of the other players. Probably the same in a lot of places but not getting attention if you’re not a top player is different then also getting verbally assaulted every game and practice. It’s funny for a coach to say his players “aren’t good enough” - but when they are with you 2-4 times a week training and playing and aren’t improving - guess what - falls in the coach for not improving them

The NJ Blaze girls program is crumbling. With the exception of the 2009 top team (horribly overhyped) this division is done. 2009 second team doesn’t have enough players. The 2010 team cannot field a team and is borrowing 2011, there are already a handful of girls who have declined for next year. Younger division parents are sick of Fausto’s antics and the 2009 team being the top priority.
