Not necessarily true. I know WCFC is actually terrible about posting their college list on their website; they have far more than are listed there (other than Class of 2022 where it looks like they actually made an effort to include everyone).

What’s not true WC parent they listed players from 2022 and before. It is what it is. At least they have made their lists available to everyone. No issue with the club they have a good program.

Sorry, I meant Class of 2020. Look at how many they have listed for 2020 (50+) compared to all the other years (<20) and it's clear that someone in 2020 made an effort whereas the other years they did not.

I know at least 4 kids from WCFC who are not listed on their 2022 college placements who were definitely recruited and on college rosters.

WC is awful at social media and at keeping up their website. Other clubs announce every invitation to a NTC with posts and pictures, and every college commitment. WC really doesnt concentrate on instagram posts for clout.

Yeah, WCFC's website looks like it was designed 20 years ago.

unfortunately, WCFC do themselves zero favors with the lack of a good social media presence. the alumni list shows how some players who had outstanding College careers are just ignored. .

They are focused on the soccer. They don’t care about marketing.

How does social media help develop youth soccer players?

Some players want that. Its a vehicle a Club can use to promote themselves and their players. The website is a chance to show who you are and what you represent. World Class is awful. Infrequently tweeting how proud you are of certain kids achievements, but then ignoring others is not the way to go either. Do it properly for all or dont do it at all. Like it or not, times have changed.
