In the North East though, ECNL has remained stagnant and the half the clubs in GA and even a few in USYS and DPL are more than capable of competing in ECNL.
Half the clubs in GA is a stretch, but there are a few that could compete but the problem is the geographies do not always align with where the ECNL has their weaker clubs.

Both CSA branches are under rated.

Between NE and MA GA their are 23 clubs, the obvious clubs would be NEFC, STA, South Shore, FCV, and SJEB - there is 5. The next level of clubs are close enough to have 2 or 3 teams compete in the top half of ECNL such as Ukies and CSA Monmouth - That is 7 so far. Now the bottom clubs that would obviously lose to the top 4 ECNL teams in their age and maybe tie or win over the bottom of the ECNL conference you would have Real, CSA Bergan, and LISC - That makes 10 which is just about half. A few other clubs would also have a single team or 2 that could currently compete in the top 1/3rd but the rest would be really bad like Sporting and Beadling. ECNL in this area has some very low hanging fruit with FSA, FC Stars White, and Scorpions in New England and PDA South, PDA White, Bucks and Maryland United in North Atlantic.

What a nonsensical post. CSA Monmouth and Bergen would do very very well in ECNL. Top half for sure and at some ages would compete for top spot. They are the 2 most underrated GA clubs in the area.

None of GA clubs can compete with top ECNL clubs. Again, the easiest comparison is with English Premier league and English Championship League. It is basically the same. Some top teams in the Championship League can compete with the Premier league bottom dwellers, but that’s it.

Shhhh, don’t let the ECNLtards hear this as they will go wild. CSA should be in ECNL and would kick some serious butt.

ECNL is a joke for denying CSA entry. Why don’t they want the competition and improve local travel, get the best clubs to compete against each other etc. Does that make too much sense????

A quick glance at the landscape would give you all you need to understand why. CSA has maybe one decent team 2010, all of the other teams just don’t look competitive enough for ECNL.

Their 06 team is loaded too. They only lost to mighty PDA Blue 2 nil in a very tight contest.

Ok but 2 competitive teams does not make up for the six that are well below the reigning bottom dweller that is PDA South.

That’s a game CSA could have easily won if they get a couple lucky bounces.

But they also lost to STA 0-3.
