Agreed. One club does the hard work and another swoops in and reaps the rewards stealing these players. The whole system is a joke.

The CSA 09 teams roster is terrible . There isn’t one kid on that team who could make PDA or MF top team. Castoffs and soccer club retreads play @ CSA

What a silly post. CSA has a much better D1 track record than these clubs and plays in the top league in the land. If you think results matter at the younger ages you’re totally missing the point. Typical youth soccer parent.

It is a ridiculous post. First and foremost the team is significantly better than they were last year. They are competing in most games just not coming away with results. Definitely getting better and developing though. Also, most of the kids on PDA and MF won’t be the same kids in three years which tells you everything you need to know about development of those places

PDA and MFA are easily the biggest underperforming clubs in NJ. And they steal players from CSA, STA, the hard working clubs that focus on development not just winning at all costs. Sad.

Does NJ Blaze even have a “list”? CSA places tons of girls in top D1 programs. FACT.

Sure they do just no one ever knows which kid or what school. How many kids go to D1 schools that don't even play sports.....

A lot of these “commitments” are fluff. Most of these players won’t see any field time once they get there.

All smoke and mirrors. In this area have seen maybe a dozen or so female players tops that have a clue and are the real deal from an elite player standpoint.

The rest could be playing "rec" ball all day long and it would be the same quality as the landscape out there today produces.

Correct. A few top players at each club, CSA, STA, PDA etc. pretty even across the board. PDA may have 2-3 but after that it’s pretty similar to other top clubs in NJ.

All a crap shoot no matter what club you’re at. CSA, PDA, WCFC all very very similar.
