Their model should be about producing viable college recruits. If they did that and promoted the fact that their athletes get into really good universities, the customers would follow. And the teams would get better and the the players would stay. If you look at their current group of jrs- ask yourself, how are they doing in the recruitment process? If they are doing well then its certainly a club to consider, if they are doing poorly in the recruitment game then no amount of swapping out of players will make this a sustainable club where parents will look to keep their kids for the long term. STA will be on a hamster wheel constantly looking for better players on the front end only to lose them on the back end.

Less than a week before playoffs -and the message sent: “With high pressure environments disappointment is expected so below are two friendly but very important reminders.” Reminders: don’t embarrass club on social and don’t talk to coaches for 24 hours.

No consistent coaching or practices for weeks
No film review of other teams or own
No futbol strategy or prep to compete

What a way to prepare the club for success.

Not at Blaze, our coach encourages the kids to talk with him. Such an amzing environment to be apart of. I guess thats what happens when your coach actually played in the pros.

It is one thing to reiterate club rules, but the prep for playoffs is nonexistent. Last month has felt like a winding down of the season instead of a ramp up for playoffs

Nobody gives a crap about Blaze. You'll never get a kid into college soccer and you will lose your only goal scorer within 2 years to ECNL.

And it shows with a 0-6 club record at playoffs so far.

The rule is for parents, not for players.

A 24 hour cooling period is a good rule to allow parents to cool off and not sya stupid **** in the heat of the moment right after a game, I've seen this at different clubs in the past. This is to fend off the Reyna's of the world.
