I count four promoted over two years although roster was expanded for 11v11 during that time. Will they promote anyone now that the roster is no longer expanded or will they just take from other clubs and demote? I vote the latter.

Better off going to a club with development than playing a b squad at an academy. Save money. Play more.

If CSA was worried about the numbers they would not have moved 3 kids down the same time period they promoted 6 others. If they were worried about numbers they would have given offers to one of the half-dozen kids that came to practice to try out. They moved up the kids that were ready and moved down the kids that needed more work and pt. Very simple and the way it should work. As far as your question, we will have to see this spring when the coach decides.
The original question was does CSA promote at this age, and the historical fact is they have.

Wrong. They promote when rosters expand because they needed numbers. Once 11v11 no promotion from within. Also doubt anyone was sent from green to white at that time. More likely people left the club.

Coach doesn’t decide in spring. Offers are going out now for each team white or green, so if they all went to try outs they all will receive an offer based on white or green.

”No training, no high level kids, no facilities…” yet they doing so fabulously well in their leagues? Common on shouldn’t we be hailing ‘em instead of knocking’em for over performing?
