Yep and its running out of effectiveness, 2010's have some tough games coming up hope they figure it out before they are completly out of the running for a trip to nationals in San Diego. If not PDA blue in Jersey who would you play for if you had a u-13 girl currently?

Depends where you live. STA has a nice program to the North.
