How is it that to poor performing teams stay in their brackets?

Sometimes there’s a big enough gap between the divisions that if they drop and someone moves up it won’t be competitive. Also bigger club get a lot of say in EDP whether it’s deserved or not, just how it is. -

It is based on where they need teams. Sometimes they just need a warm body and keeping a 1-8 team is better than promoting a 5-4 teamComment
