    Serious Question

Is there any 2009G team left in central that meet the following criteria:
    1: Is not daddy coached
    2. Parents too involved - ie meaning parents are ‘team managers’ and ‘public information consultants’ for the team- which influence daughters playing.
    3. Cost less than 3000 and you get mediocrity.
    4. Backstabbing parents who will do anything to get their kid ahead of yours no matter if your kid is the better player.
    5. Have ‘real’ tryouts

Stop posting and answering your own questions. This must be the NJ Blaze owner how sad.

He’s clearly upset. Don’t know this age but every club has their issues. All ages, all regions. Youth soccer is not for the faint of heart and gets harder in HS. It’s a tough sport for all involved. Want the above - play softball.

                1. sure, lots
                2. parents are always too involved, but you want a parent to be team manger, way too much work for a coach
                3. depends what you include as cost
                4. eh, kind of a gray area, this is on the coach
                5. not sure what this means, most clubs have all but maybe 1-3 spots occupied into tryouts but usually a legit spot or two open for what they want/need

I assume your kid isn't very good which is fine as long as they have fun. So many parents think their kid is a little better than a kid that made a team above their kid or gets more playing time. It is very subjective, so you need your kid to be so much better than others that the spot or time becomes undeniable.
