Unfortunately Real needs to have a better showing other than the 06. Getting into the championship league with one team that is leaving next year isn't going to cut it.

I could probably get behind Real if they would just stop with the "we are different than other clubs" and "quality over quantity" nonsense. Its grass roots marketing 101 that worked in the beginning but now that they have filled roster and somewhat established themselves they need to get rid of the slogans and just admit that they are "just another club".

Real isn't exactly crushing it their first year, but with 12 teams in the division and the division unofficially split between NJ/PA and DE/MD/VA they don't have to play clubs like FCV twice which should artificially inflate their record.

FCV won the division last year at 17-0 and didn't make it out of group stage at Nationals. So how do you think Real, who tied Sporting, is going to win it?

Real has taken a page out of modern day politics. Just keep saying things over and over and people will start to believe it.

FCV played in a weak division. CSA is gone now which was 2 automatic wins for FCV. Real won’t be a cakewalk and will do very well in inaugural season.

Again, they may be a step up from CSA BUT FCV beat Sporting last year a combined 12-2 and this year 4-0. Real tied Sporting, I know different teams and matchups and blah, blah, blah, but reality is that FCV destroyed a team 3x that Real could only muster a tie with. Real may put up a better fight but in the end Real will lose to FCV a team that couldn't make it out of group stage at Nationals. Real has 0 shot of winning GA Nationals at 06 or any age.
