I was impressed with SUSA facility and bathrooms when daughter’s team played there last month for Columbus tournament. I understand PDA is a “non-profit”. That’s why we were told we could only pay tuition by check sent to Patty Seitz instead of credit card when we were at PDA. Someone should ask Patty about getting decent bathroom facilities at Zarephath.

Lol - great point. One year they never collected our check and we never reminded them. It was our best year.

PDA is a dust bowl. Wet down those roads please. I can really do without my child breathing in who knows what while they are running around. I can deal with the overfilled porta sans but the environment is crap

In the NE region I'd say SUSA facility is definitely one of the nicest ones. World Class is my favorite with the cafe but they dont hold any events there for some reason. FSA is the best of all but it is practically in canada. PDA's gets the job done for big events, and they usually make it pretty decent for the May ecnl event.

So PDA only really tries/puts some effort in for their hosting of an ECNL event? Still doesn't explain how there are no bathrooms.

When it comes to parking lots and most importantly bathrooms no one in NJ and perhaps the East Coast can match CSA. Top shelf, so you get some nice amenities for the $. PDA has a lot of catching up to do.

If ECNL was smart they would let CSA in and have tournaments there going forward. Win Win for the league and for NJ girls soccer. Need nice facilities and toilets. The players and families deserve that.

Not many better than PDA? Not knocking PDA but you have finally lost me on that statement. I can list plenty that use nicer facilities.

Sorry I am late to this but I am saying there are not plenty of nice facilities at what I am saying there aren't many at all that are like PDA and do what they do with our facility.

Eric, you say you come on here with good intentions - but now you are laughing at STA. Are you really that upset at the obvious that you now need to laugh at other clubs? It's not hard for the average person to see and admit that the bathroom facilities are poor at PDA. My little tiny town rents bathroom trailers for carnivals and other town events - if PDA didn't want to scoop up all this extra $ - all while playing at multiple fields/locations themselves, then they could provide appropriate accomodations.

I come with perfect intentions and me laughing at STA is not so true because I support STA 100% in what they are doing for our kids in NJ and although people talk crap about them guess what THEY ARE STILL STANDING and they are still putting our kids into colleges all around this country. So when I say "CMON SON lolol" its not laughing at STA in that manner but more to say what they do and PDA does as far as facilities is not comparing APPLES to APPLES so again my intentions are correct.

Another swing and a miss. PDA can and should do better. EDP puts out a nicer spread at Tuckahoe.

Again not talking about APPLES to APPLES which makes my point with a lot of you. All you are doing is moaning and groaning about PDA because what.......you don't like them. Okay we get that but EDP is a "LEAGUE" not a soccer club/academy as the rest of us. But lets be fair so are you really trying to compare APPLES to APPLES so how about comparing what the ECNL or GA does compared to EDP......you tell me who runs a better tournament.

EH - You aren't making sense. I believe you are trying to say that PDA has 10 fields. While that is true - only 5 are good enough to play on year round. Has your kid played on the grass field on the street? That one is awful. So are the other grass fields and the ones down the street. I'll add that PDA doesn't provide their players with an indoor facility (rent, own, borrow), anything. Every other GA/ECNL club in the area provides indoor training so that teams don't have to miss all winter. That is why we see so many PDA players in private training all over the state. Not because they want to get better, but because they simply don't practice enough.

You are getting too angry in trying to explain your thoughts. We are all glad you LOVE PDA and LOVE the facility. But again it is not owned by PDA, its a lease and they do not offer the best in class facility to their players or their guests.
I will defend Soccer Nut every single time, simply because he is kind and clear.

Eric get to the west coast and check back in. Your defense of PDA is stupid. There are plenty of ECNL and GA clubs that put on a better show. PDA does a fine job but there are many that are next level.
