WCFC beat STA 2007 2-0

PDA Dash 07 beat WCFC 2-1 in pretty miserable conditions.

This afternoon was freezing, with dirt clouds from all the wind. No chance any college coaches stuck around for that.

The event is a money maker for PDA. Little additional purpose. We are an ECNL family but I’ll give credit where credit is due. The GA teams were for the most part competitive. If the ECNL is the best league and PDA gets most of the areas best talent I’d say the GA is doing a great job.

Agree. There were very few GA teams present and definitely beat many of the ECNL teams. It seems the ECNL teams like Pipeline, Bucks, PDA white, south, Maryland, EMSC even SUSA at a few ages have a lot of work to do. Only strong ECNL teams were WC and PDA blue - but Blue didn’t sweep. Just keeping it real.

Just looked over some of the scores from this weekend. The only surprising results were both PDA South 2008 ECNL and RL teams pulled off wins on both days. Their competition wasn't that difficult, but, a win is a win. Some of the teams in this tournament just began thier trainings only within the last week or two. It will be interesting to see how these teams progress moving forward.

Literally not one college coach cares about the outcome. They are there to see specific players on their shopping list. If coaches came to watch your kid that is the win. If no one showed up that she reached out to, she better readjust her targets

Showcase shopping doesn't really start until after the college season. Hence why they didn't put out a list of colleges attending.
