    Winter conditioning

I am little nervous for the replies I will get on here but... recommendations for winter conditioning programs (speed/agility, strength/conditioning) in Northern Monmouth County vicinity. My D is 12 and has expressed interest.

            Any feedback on other facilities/programs?

locally I know of RYPT, ESSA, F45, D1. Anything else? Pros/cons of ones I listed.

If you are looking for just speed, strength and conditioning, the only answer is Sps Sentinel and Morganville. Collis Spaan is the real deal! 3 to 4 days in the winter and then 1 to 2 in season with your soccer training and your kid will be legit,
Collis, trains top tier middle school kids, to elite high school , college and professional athletes. You wont regret it.

soccer training, you get what you pay for.

My twelve years old kid is playing winter league basketball on two teams, one team regional league, second team is township league, and indoor lacrosse. If she manages to survive the local basketball league without major injury we call that major conditioning program. The regional league and lacrosse are rather civilized. Btw. She plays on an ECNL team.

If you don’t get what the poster was trying to say, you shouldn’t be involved into any sport.
His point was let your kid to play other sports to develop as an overall athlete, and gain skills that can be used in soccer game. Any kid would rather play a game of basketball or lacrosse than have meaningless strength workouts.

I got it...but it doesn't help me. If you read my original post, SHE is asking to do the training. I am not forcing her. She has done bball in the past but has no interest in it anymore.
