4-5 yellow cards in one game is not a demonstration of quality players or being “smart” That’s earning this team and those players a reputation of being dirty. Whether you like it or not. Number one rule of a defender- play the ball, not the player and sometimes when you can’t play the ball because you are out matcheyd, you play dirt.
"play the ball because you are out matcheyd, you play dirt." So the player is quicker and the ball gets past the stronger defender, the the defender uses their body to stop the offensive player.(smart play) You don't like the stronger player using their advantage but are fine with the quicker girl using theirs. Again these bigger/stronger player do not owe you or your player anything, they are playing to their advantage.
Good luck next year against 18/19yo, you are going to think everyone is a "dirty player". As stated before word of advise get in the weight room ASAP.

Could you imagine waking up and your fun for the day is to talk about kids and people you don't even know? Life must suck for most of you

Subjective scenario: lets take the two players that get referenced the most
If a striker (call her #25) has 2-3 inches and 15-20lbs on a defender (call her #6) and the forward plays fast and physical. The smaller defender is naturally going to bounce off the bigger forward and be out of luck with physicality. If the forward is called 3 times in a game for the same lowering the shoulder while driving to the goal, or shoulder to shoulder does she warrant a card? You are then punishing a kid for maturing faster and/or their genetics. it were dirty or intentional she would receive a red.
Now the other side of the scenario is the defender #6 naturally plays aggressive due to her size. Match her nose in approach vs a bigger physical striker (#25). Who is at fault over the duration of a game?
This is one of the most idiotic arguments ever. Not a FK fan but he does not teach kids to be dirty. Does he micro manage his teams and joystick, absolutely. But he does not teach or encourage kids to b cheap.
