The soccer world ,for most players, works on influence and power. Players probably train with him because they feel it gives them and advantage. until you define what good results are, impossible to discuss intelligently.

He has 1 style and if you don’t fit into you aren’t “good” 3. he doesn’t prepare the team for tougher competition, he doesn’t have a plan if the team is losing 4. He is very impressed with himself and isn’t a good role model for young girls

2. Most coaches do. I don't think it means the player isn't good. It means the player does not fit a specific style or role.
3. How would you judge how prepared they are?
4. No idea

The individual players may be strong but he doesn’t seem to get the best out of them or have the right mix on the field at the right time. That’s coaching.
Watch you will see.

Since my D has been on the team I've seen 4 different formations, some are more aggressive other more conservative but yes they are all direct. If by stifled creativity you mean he doesn't want kids dribbling past 4 girls while the rest of the team waits you're right he wants to move the ball as fast as possible up the field and that creates chances. The team prepares by playing older teams 05s, 06s when possible, nothing they can do about the competition in ECNL that's beyond his control. He's blunt when he speaks to the girls and on occasions has taken responsibility for losses, you may not agree with everything he says but he's respectful in his delivery. PDA is not for everyone, I can tell you there are a lot of girls that are thriving.
