That’s the absolute key for RU womens soccer, their staff does a phenomenal job recruiting and identifying players that fit their program. That builds competition and a winning culture, along with a national following. Hope they finally win it all, they deserved to last year outplaying FSU.

Are you saying the NJ players in the SEC or the ACC did not fit RU? stop the BS, its a 2 way street. RU may want a player but the player may not want RU. Most of the top 20 or so teams can win a one off game with the right amount of strategy, good fortune and talent but RU are not in the conversation of elite programs and are a ways away from that. I dont see that changing any time soon. Too many of the very best players in NJ are going to have opportunities that they see as frankly better.

Sure, final 4 is not an elite program. Cmon at least do your research. Rutgers is a top 10 program nationally and they do a phenomenal job with recruiting and coaching.
