    Best Soccer Complexs

Without making this political and debating the quality of club that plays at the complex what is the nicest soccer complex that you’ve ever seen in the area. I’ll start by saying the first time I ever saw low cut grass at a youth complex was PDA and I loved it but Maryland SoccerPlex blew me away.

Will it be all artificial turf? Or a mix. I hate turf but understand the need in the northeast. As long as it’s better then Tuckahoe, which imo has been going down hill in terms of field quality.

to respond to myself, if it all pans out it could be an amazing complex. Hotel, food court it looks like, gives local and long distance somewhere to cool down for those summer tournaments. And I said before I think with the distance to the Philly airport, and the additional hotels by Rowan I think the Motus has the potential to host a National Champ tournament.

I think at this time Disney is still the best option with all they have going on down there with complex all the hotels and how many flight fly into Orlando Airport everyday from all over.

I know it's not in the area, and I have to say I love the grass at ESPN/Disney, but this facility in Mesa, AZ is top notch. https://legacysportsusa.com/

Can’t join discussion if you don’t have grass fields that actually get used.

I saw online somewhere that PSA had one of the top facilities. I’ve never played them at their place. Which ones are they talking about?

World Class has a pretty great complex, like 6 or 7 turf fields and decent food.

While we are in DE, Hockessin soccer club fields, 2 or 3 Bermuda grass fields. It may cost a fortune to upkeep.

Must be talking about the two nice turf fields they rent from Ranney School. DM sure knows how to build great facilities!

We played in the winter EDP league. The turf fields at Ranney were new, but not nice at all. Hard and uneven. Like they didn’t properly level underneath the turf in areas and didn’t use the right amount of those rubber pellets. Not a great facility at all.

How does playing on a turf farm have poor quality fields? Do you consider plush even grass to be bad because it slows the game down or because it isn't artificial turf? The farm uses the very thing that the WNT has been complaining about not being able to play on.
