Any info on SJEB 2011 girls program. Is it good, bad average… compared to PDA’s and MFA pre-ECNL
thanks
Well behind PDA and decently far behind MFA (shore is better than regular MFA at 2011). Those two are far ahead of others in Jersey though at 2011, so SJEB would be in argument for 3rd best team.

North is better now and shore has no where to play now. E64 ecrl?? Ouch.... that team will be finished soon.... sjeb is pretty solid.
Bill Shute is terrible. Daddy ball with an ego. Never played soccer ever!
Bill Shute may be Daddy ball, his daughter is on the 07s, but hands down your kid will learn the game and be skilled. Just because you start somewhere at 9-10 yrs old doesn't mean you have to stay when you get to the HS years. I would send to Bill before I sent my kid to PDA South.
FWIW, Bill has no kids on the 2011 team, so that is irrelevant. SJEB does a great job with young kids. If more players commit to staying there and don't think they need to go elsewhere to keep up, they'll reap the rewards of the hard work at the young ages. It's a battle against the "you need ECNL" line of thinking, especially in an area with so many ECNL and GA options within striking distance. Marketplace competition is good for everyone. It keeps clubs honest with how they operate, but stability on rosters is needed in GA for it to continue to get better. Over-rostering in ECNL, coaching deficiencies, etc will start to become an issue because some ECNL clubs get lazy with development because of their badge strength. Complacency always sets in. I'm glad my daughter is out of the youth landscape and on to college, the DA collapse led to shark-infested waters for "elite" soccer. I wish anyone luck trying to navigate it now.

Agree 100%, Shute and Thompson are 2 of the best youth ie pre HS, trainers in the area.
FC Delco Kickoff tournament in 10 days , most NA ECNL teams and a few GA teams will be there, but no MFA. Interesting.
Are we talking about 2011s? MFA Mercer in the second division! Agree it is very odd MFA or Shore isn't in the top level along with PDA, World Class, Penn Fusion, Delco and PDA White

Hahah next you are going to tell me Bill and JT are best friends .Bill Shute is a fraud and you a fool for believing he can develop a player or your kid. The man can’t juggle a ball or name a kids he’s helped to the next level. Learn the hard way
