What is so offensive about the word personnel?
i have seen it half deleted twice this morning. Can someone please explain this to me, especially when i read so much worse in this site.

Seems to be a few different variations of the same word, I've personally seen.

Maybe a person who is in charge could answer it, or assign it to some other personnel

So called dirty words are coded in and obviously there's a glitch with personally. As for content abuse that requires moderators, and obviously there aren't any.

I did that recently, well somewhat recently. First, I tried to register and gave up as the e-mail to authenticate never came through. Then, after quite a while, I tried again. Prior to getting the confirmation e-mail, I was able to log in and had a user name. I stood behind what I wrote. After several days the authentication e-mail came in, and since then if I log in, I can't post.

I gave up.
