I think the key (aside from getting the shoe for the correct surface), is that it fits her foot well. For example, my D complained of foot and ankle pain all the time in one particular brand, even in their more expensive models. She has had zero complaints after we switched to another brand, even in the lower price point models (~$80-100). These are 2 major soccer brands in wide usage. So I think it often depends on what works best for the individual player, can't assume that more expensive is better.
