What is the difference between red and blue in some of the brackets?

EDP Futures was Blue as strongest Bracket. Red as 2nd strongest. In the past the EDP BLUE was the more northern teams and the RED more southern teams. If you were in the Blue you would say its the top flight and Red was the 2nd flight because of egos and it was listed above Red alphabetically. This year however it looks like they have switched it and listed Red before Blue and the Red divisions look to be the more Northern teams and the Blue is the more Southern Teams. Premier 1 Red and Blue are supposed to be same level teams. Premier 2 Red and Blue the same and so on...

yea, pretty much regional now and you will appreciate that if you live very far south or north (nothing stinks more than having to drive 2+ hours each way to play a 50 minute u10 game). It really really stinks if you are a north team put in south division. Sometimes it happens to "even" things out or if they only have 1 group per level (i.e. no red or blue, just one uncolored group)
