I heard some great stuff about Matt Skinner and Allstar Goalkeeping. Was thinking of taking my daughter there for training. Anyone have feedback on him? I know he trains one of the best 09 goalkeepers in the area and I was wondering if that was the norm with his other keeepers. The one we know of is the blonde haired goalie from Matchfit Shore. This girl is the real deal, and from what I've seen, a future USWNT allstar. I would love to think he's that good of a trainer. We live in Montague Township in NJ and don't mind traveling if one day my daughter can train and be as good as the shore goalie. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He's been a keeper coach for years now and the only keeper worth mentioning that he has coached is an 09. Please! The 09 keeper isn't really that good. Put her on a bad team and see how well she responds to the pressure. SMH

Mark Williams, Kristin Giotta, two excellent ones who come to mind in North Jersey. Sure I am missing a few.

Whoever trains the MFA 08's goalie, that who you should go to. I think it's Kristin Giotta.

Most HS aged ECNL/GA keepers are average based on weak conferences and lack of consistent challenges. Big fish in small ponds.

Paul Reece is the best goal keeper coach in the region. Not just NJ, played professional for 15 years in England and then had coached for 20 years I have worked along side him and haven’t seen a goalie coach with his experience and coaching ability and never will.
I’m sure the other guys are good trainers too but no one comes close to reecey when it comes to goalie coaches

MF Shore 2009 goalie is the best in the state. Her father is one of the sweetest guys. If you get a chance to speak with this gentleman, he can direct you to the best training. This guy is obviously doing something right, his daughter is headed for the USWNT with the way she plays.
