People who claim the country is heading to the wrong direction are angry because they can't talk their way out of everything anymore. There will always be a team on the bottom of ecnl division’s. That’s not a cause to kick them out.

No other club has the level of non-success that PDA South has had. Every club still has that 1 or 2 teams inside the top 3 or 4 teams while PDA South can't crack the top 6 out of 9.

PDA North didn't want South in the division, they knew what a stain it would be. Contrary to popular belief, PDA does not have as much say in ECNL as you think. ECNL wanted to bolster RL by promoting a club from it to ECNL to get clubs to join ECRL. Backfired completely as now RL is considered a B league in the East and clubs would rather join GA or Elite 64 instead. South will be out of ECNL, Jenks has made it known to his coaches. If you are at South bring it up to the coach and watch him squirm. It's coming, 2023-24 they will be back in RL.

South should have never been gifted the badge and if it is the same teams year after year after year then yes they should get the boot and for cause IMO.

Sad thing is the teams have turnover of 10-30% usually from people leaving and can't bring in any better talent. D's team had cut a total of 3 girls over the last 2 years not including leading into the first year of ECNL where only about half the team was from the year before.

In just ECNL they are 0-4 with 3 Goals For and 21 Goals Against in just 2 games. That is not the sign of a club on probation that is going to keep the patch. They will, and rightfully so, be demoted next season to RL. No shame in it for them as they shouldn't have been their in the first place.

PDA South had developed the mind set that if you get it they will come. They haven't developed anyone and no one of worth came. All they have done is drive a majority of the talent they did have to other clubs. I know PDA South still has some talent left but right now those players could crack the starting lineups at SJEB or Real and as the years pass it will only get worse for them. PDA South needs to ditch the coaches they have and completely revamp what they do. They need to look at what other ECNL and GA clubs do and mirror that. 2 days a week isn't going to cut it, scrimmaging your own teams isn't going to cut it, taking months off in the middle of they year isn't going to cut it, and playing rondo for 30mins a practice then going into a small scrimmage isn't going to cut it. Every other club has 3 days a week training, maybe a day to analyze film, here is a side note - In the GA clubs are required to video games and if they don't are fined $500 a game -, futsal during winter, scrimmage clubs outside league or in another division,...you get the point.

By definition, RL is a B league. Not sure anyone at ECNL has ever thought RL would be an A league, because that would put it equal to ECNL. So not really sure how anything has "backfired" here.
