The GA clubs are stronger in NE so Stars and CFC struggle to compete for the top talent.

How so? They scrimmage each other and practice one field over (Blue/White). So parents of kids at PDA pay for their kids to play other teams from PDA in league play when they can scrimmage them for free any day of the week. That is the scam of scams. Only question now would be is South worse than White or are the equally poor quality?

White is considered a separate club than Blue for ECNL purposes but this is obviously not true. When you are a separate club at arms length you compete for players. This is not the case. PDA Blue has first choice in any player that enters the north facility and those playing on white consider blue a promotion when they are asked to leave white for Blue. So they are the second team of the north facility. To put them in the same conference as Blue automatically puts them in an inferior position and assures them that they will never be ahead of blue. Coaching can only bring a team so far. So in essence it’s a win for blue as it gives them a higher ppg for national competition.
