There is definitely middle ground between bringing mediocre teams to Utah and your best teams to local town team tournaments (Marlboro in August, JSCC in June).

They may not have posted this, but they've posted plenty about their trophies at a tournament where only one team had 3 letters on their chest. Didn't see PDA or CSA there to play against Ocean, Marlboro, Asphalt Green, etc.

At least they played but it was a useless tournament vs town teams. He wants his teams to puff their chests which is the trophy chasing that MFS is known for. I think his kid was even goalie for the white team.
If he wonders about his reputation maybe he should look at the fact that a “high end competitive academy” is entering a town tournament just to beat teams that he should easily beat anyway. Good luck at supercopa, you’ll need it.

how do you know the details of what these teams do ? Is it bc your kid is awful and RT probably cut her bc she sucks ?

There really isn't. Agree there is no winning for most academies. There's no middle ground. If you go to tuckahoe you get abused as well, that would be middle ground, imo
