Based on the ECNL rankings:
A. Ecnl blue (north a team) B. Ecnl white (north b team)
C. South ECNL (south a team)
D. Ecrl blue (shore a team) you
E. Ecrl white (north c team)
F. Ecrl South (south b team)

Shore's Ecrl and South's ECNL team are pretty interchangeable as far as team talent goes but the league says differently.

Movement between white ECNL and white ECRL does happen once in a while but movement between the other teams almost never happens.

Now lets break this down financially:

At least they had a ref. When my daughter was at PDA South they regularly just forgot to even schedule them.
