You’re completely missing the point or misrepresenting it. The point is the season is paid for. So, if you’re going to have time stripped because you’re leaving, but have paid, then services are no longer being rendered. The ECNL is not a determining factor on something like this at the end of the day. When people stand up for to this, and it will happen, it will be a massive class action lawsuit.

They get away with by just not playing the girls that make this choice. So they go to practice and game but don’t play. It creates a toxic and unhealthy environment so they leave.

Doesn't contract state that playing time isn't guaranteed? It's very subjective if coach deems a player shouldn't dress. Would seem like a tough lawsuit with that language in contract.

Actually they DO NOT do everything within the rules of ECNL. That’s exactly why ECNL stepped in and granted 3 PA girls to transfer mid season and play. DB was not going to let them play and ECNL force the transfer.

Check ECNL rules. Any transfer between clubs is mutual and there are some other stipulations as well. Once you pay- the league owns your ass, and there are no guarantees for anything.

The players didn't break any rules. This has been covered..

MF didn't even kick off all the girls who trained with NH. They only kicked off the girls who didn't commit to next season.

ECNL cleared the girls to play with PDA, against the wishes of MF, because ECNL found that no rules were broken.

Here’s how it went:
MO is on the board of ECNL. If he wants a player he will get that player. PDA had it all clearly planned out. Trained them in private, sold the parents, which feels great for parents and kids- we love your kid, they will start play entire game etc, don’t have it pay a penny - MO made a phone call. Pretty simple and not the first time PDA has done this. Not saying MF was is a good place.
Personally would have taken my kids to Penn Fusion. It does seem they enjoyed the luring - it’s lots of drama/ same as MFS. So clearly they like that.
