Speaking with a friend of mine who is affiliated with MFS, she told me that the number of registered kids for tryouts this year is actually lower than last year. I guess parents are doing their research and realize this is not a good environment for their kids. On a side note, this person also told me that the numbers were slightly better for MF North. If RT has done anything positive for MF, it's pushing kids to different clubs. Kudos to you Mr. Tetro!

This person must not have been at the tryouts. There were at least 8 coaches that I saw, and the number of kids registered this year is more than 2x the number of kids registered for last year. So just another troll.

No one said anything about the quality of anyone. But clearly the person who said they went and there were low numbers and 3 coaches was lying.

Lol, someone needs to learn how to count. My d is on the 11 team. She was there along with the entire team, along with the entire 2010,2012,2009, 2008, etc teams. So if you want to say a hundred kids, that would be accurate for all the existing teams/players. What you are not saying is the low turnout of NEW kids. And on a side note, we were told tryout attendance for all the girls were mandatory. Sad thing is alot of these kids will not be returning next year, but are still playing the game and doing whats expected for fear of RT not letting them play the rest of whats left of our season. There was not aloy of new faces and like the op said, low turnouts and even lower than last year.
