D’s team has played CSA Bergen a few times, and my impression is that they are the opposite of kick and run. Seems like their players try too hard to do everything 1v1, dribbling a ton and not passing the ball until it’s too late.

would disappear because Crush would retain too many players and CSA Bergen would have trouble putting together quality teams.

Not sure of the reasoning but it seems its a done deal. One big draw down is the lack of GA availability and the fact that Crush isnt in ECNL or ECRL either.
Looks like it’s mutually beneficial because those CSA Bergen teams if comprised of Crush coaches and players have performed very poorly in the GA. Know a parent whose kid played at CSA Bergen and didn’t even get an opportunity to tryout for GA team because an entire Crush team with coach came in to occupy the age group for the CSA Bergen GA team. Parents were caught blindsided.

Those teams don’t look competitive for any platform.

That would take a miracle and would be as undeserving as PDA South getting a badge.

CSA would be one of the top clubs in ECNL if they gained acceptance. Shame the politics prevents the top clubs from playing in the top league. US Soccer is broken.

CSA won’t have teams!! Their only girls coach is psycho T! His parents all had a taste of Crush and are leaving him after Arizona. My friends daughter is on the 09s and this guy hit up families for extra money, made false promises and bullied players.

Amazing, people have no loyalty. Say thank you and have some appreciation for a coach that helped your child. Say thank you to a great academy like CSA. They develop a lot of great players. Be thankful.

What are they thanking this guy for? Abusing his kid?

Why anyone would stay at CSA with TK is strange when the better coaches are staying with NJ Crush?

CSA is promoting TK and AN as their next coaches? What players are they supposed to coach? Both only care about money and the girls don’t like either of them. AN has never supported the female players and TK has abused them numerous times. What does the owner see with these 2? Is he oblivious to what goes on in his own club?

                        I’m so confused.

CSA Bergen has the FAR better program than Monmouth. It’s night and day really.

CSA Monmouth has the far better girl’s program. Also night and day.!

CSA Monmouth has a halfway decent staff. Not phenomenal, but they’re competent.

Bergen’s GA coaches look like bums.

CSA Bergen is actually in a tougher GA division so their road is a lot more difficult than say CSA Mounmouth that plays in a significantly weaker GA division. No Shore Select, No NEFC, No Oakwood, No STA. Those are all much better clubs than both CSAs to be fair. The only decent club in CSA Monmouth division is FCV. Just have to put that in perspective.

SJEB, Ukies, PA Classics and B’more Armour are all strong clubs.

CSA Bergen clubs are between 6-9th place at every age group.

If SSS, STA, NEFC and Oakwood were in the mid Atlantic GA they would be right there with FCV. 1 though 5. Fair point on CSA Bergan being in a much tougher Div. If they swapped with Monmouth the results would be the same.
