My son was at PSA and I couldn’t believe that after all my fees were paid the coach then asked us for ref fees in cash!! After paying almost $3k I had to give more. What a joke.

Ref fees should be included in your team fees that you pay to the team treasurer.

Always read your contract and make sure it lays out everything included or not in your fees - uniforms? Tournaments? Extra training or camps? Coach travel? Ref fees?

I've never shelled out extra for ref fees ever, even the lowest rec levels for ulittles. It's always been part of the fees
