EDP - 7v7 soccer. Scores are recorded, but not reported at u8, u9, u10. If you post a link it will just say "result hidden"

back when my kid was this age, there was a way around this and you could sign up for something like "got scores" that would actually text you the younger kids scores

I didn't even know edp had u8...they only list league setup for u9 and u10 futures on the website.

U8's play in the U9 bracket.. Scroll to the bottom.. Would love to know how they scores were found and posted.

the boys have 5 flights of u8 futures. they are 8u blue, 8u red, 8u gray and 8u orange plus a futures 8u south. they have had that for years as far as a know. i had a son who played in 8u edp 4 years ago. the girls dont have it. a few 8u girls teams play up in the lower 9u flights when they start.

Good info to know. Looks very Academy heavy and I'm not sure my town club is aware of this type of competition. We have older kids teams in EDP but the younger teams compete in either MNJYSA or NCSA. MNJYSA not ideal due to some of the travel for a Northern team, but NCSA doesn't offer 7v7 at that age.

Town teams are usually much stronger than "academy" teams at the younger ages. You start seeing the shift as they head into 9v9
