Please somebody show me the ECNL bylaw where a club can kickoff kids off a team and keep their players card!

Clubs have the power to hold the cards bc they physically have to release them. But they are not given the right to by ECNL. They are simply being bullies and US Club Soccer and ECNL are allowing it. I actually have a bigger problem with the enablers of the situation. -
The rules i believe state that they have to release them and they cant hold a kid hostage. Now, it happens when an individual is a total A hole that they try to avoid it, but technically they cant keep them. I do think there is some rule about leaving one ecnl team for another mid-year. In that case the club being left does need to release. This is the same for MLSN and it was the rules in DA as well.Comment
