So he’s not coaching at all? Such a shame what he did not do for those 07 girls ..their college commitments are pretty sad. With such a high level of play you’d think they would be better. They are pretty sad actually.

If you have a child on one of his teams still I’d think about sending the club the link to this blog. Please don’t buy into his bull****! We walked before it was too late and now my child is in the best place ever for her future! Run!

Since the winter the 09 team had 6 girls leave the team because of this coach. Why does the club still have him there and in leadership roles. We are happy to have moved on from this mess and hope others do so before it’s too late.

Forget how stupid this coach is. Consider the fact that Real Futball Academy puts up with it. And it’s probably because they can’t attract new coaches as much as they can’t attract, develop, or retain talent.

When they first got GA they were attracting some talent but he drove most of them away. He had/has players driving from over an hour away for his team that’s the sad part. The club messed up badly. I’m telling you, other New Jersey GA teams have a much better success rate currently with recruitment. Why, because the coaches along WITH the club help the process. At the end of the day the more they have going off to quality colleges the better rep the club has.

This coach wants nothing to do with the recruiting process. He says he has all the connections but hasn’t made anything happen for his players. The 07 are so far behind in recruiting and that was his “team”. Had them for multiple years. If he couldn’t get those girls ready in over 5 years how’s he gonna do it in less time with lesser quality teams. Doesn’t make any sense. There aren’t many quality coaches there but there are a few that have played at a much higher level than him and would do a much better job with this age group.

Coaches have quit the program because the club is trying to fix the problems this man created. The entire club is suffering over this and many other teams are unhappy and the Real Futball Academy is happy to sit and act like everyone around them is nuts from Mike Winters on down to John Kopytko.

Having coaches kids leave the club because of this Coach should’ve been eye opening for everyone.
