Not sure what you mean but I can attest to this posters comment. He has a superiority complex for sure. If he has the girls on his “high level team” then they should be up to par and if they aren’t then why keep them. Direct them to what level “he thinks” they belong and don’t waste their time. It’s a simple equation…Prob too simple for that simpleton…

This guy is out interviewing for other jobs. He spent most of the last year getting certified so that he could leave the club. The club didn’t have the guts to fire him and then he disappears on the club over the summer. I hear he is coaching in another section of the country next year and referral calls are coming to people he trusts at the club. He has a buddy coach at the club that he trusts to be a good reference for him and he won’t be back next year if he get a job offer somewhere else.

He’s not going to be back at Real this year. He is out interviewing for other jobs outside of the region. He spent a lot of the last year getting is coaching license. Why he didn’t have one at Real is stupid as well. There is a friend coach that he as helping him by being a referral for him. The club didn’t have the ability to fire him. They don’t have the guts to fire him and they have no one else to fill the spot. And now he’s going to leave the club high and dry if he gets another job somewhere else. He needs to go far away where no one ever heard of him.
