Bad business move for sure. The GA must have forced them to go along or maybe they are anticipating losing a club they needed to replace.

ECNL is waiting too long. They could have delivered the death blow by bringing in NEFC, TopHat and a few others this Winter. GAL will gain momentum and stay alive for a couple more years..

Real joining GA is probably the best thing that happened to PDA South and likely the worst for SJEB. SJEB was already an option for PDA South players if they wanted to play GA so Real will not pick up any from PDA South. If anything PDA South has been picking up very good players from both Real and SJEB and will continue to do so as they have a great track record of college placement and exposure. Real has zero track record and does not even field teams at 04 and 03 age groups.

SJEB must be literally kicking themselves. They will get destroyed by Real now both on the field and recruiting wise too.

Makes no sense to have to GA clubs next to each other let alone one like SJEB and a town club with one good team and no teams at certain age groups. Who are our 04s going to play???? Just plain silly.

The 05s will play in the u19 division, 06s in u17, 07s in u16 etc..
there isn't an u18 division.

Agreed, leaving a hole in the schedule is not a good look. Terrible for the SJEB and other GA 04 teams. Reeks of complete and utter desperation why would they pull such a stunt.

PDA South is full of SJEB 2nd team players and girls that where cut. They have very very few of SJEBs top players now.
