The reality is RT’s 2011’s are good. That’s all. If they aren’t all outside training 2-3 times a week at this point they will not be able to play up successfully because he is not tactically training them. Scrimmaging every practice isn’t going to cut it. If you’re focused on winning now realize that at some point you’re going to need to focus on training and by then it’s probably too late. Parents that realize this have probably already left or are leaving. -
