You are part of the problem and too stupid enough to read. The team rotates positions players in goal when GK is not there. My D, is part of the rotation and they dominate. The GK since she doesn't attend and parents don' make her watch games has no idea how to play the position. So just shut up if you can offer no advice.

You seem to have all teh answers so why did you even come here?

Talk to the coach or club DOC and ask them if they're looking for a GK. If they're not/don't have anyone then your choice is to stay or leave. Like someone said good GKS like playing on good teams with good GK training. If your club doesn't fit that bill then that's a bigger issue then just your kids' team.
