Why are STA players so slow and mediocre

STA has so many players but so few play beyond high school. Besides the players being slow and not highly skilled what else is Newman doing wrong?

Different poster and I'm down by the goals staying away from the gossiping moms and nut job dads. I'm perfectly polite but game time I stay away.

But college coaches do vet families. They talk to club coaches about the player, their work ethic, any issues from either the player or the family. Most programs have plenty of players to pick from and coaches don't want any drama

Daughters college coach didn't talk to her club coach either-daughter did it all herself.

Also if you're making an *** out of yourself at a showcase, it doesn't go unnoticed. If you can't help yourself at least try to hide the affiliation to your kid.
