I think it’s a great plus working with a speed and training coach. You never said how old your daughter is presently. My girls started using the extra training in the 9th grade. The only thing that I would suggest is you get referrals from others who have used that trainer. We were very specific and used a trainer that was soccer trainer specifically geared towards soccer. They were more centered towards increasing their speed and endurance on the pitch rather than having a general trainer. They did specific training for soccer.
