Can someone explain the EDP League flighting? What is the difference between Red and Blue for a division? specifically looking at U11B

For EDP futures, Blue is top bracket and Red is second bracket. Once you get to regular EDP (u11) the colors are just geography designators. The level is the same for Premier I Red and Premier I Blue, for example.

Blue is supposed to be "North" and Red is supposed to be more Central/South

There are usually pretty significant differences between Premier 1 and Premier 2, but I haven't had a kid play below those two levels, so hard to say. At the end of the season, the bottom two teams usually move down and the top two teams usually move up and when the teams have moved up I've rarely seen the teams not struggle against the P1 teams. But that's just my experience, not any kind of scientific study.
