I know families that get upset that missing school for ski trip in France doesn't count. Then there are parents that don't care if their kids miss at all. Pick the dumbest common denominator out there and that's what schools have to deal with daily
Schools just want their funding dollars/the kids are just part of the sausage making/money machine. I work with schools on a daily basis and truth be told there are smarter cashiers at Wawa than BOE employees.

Covid exposed the teachers unions for the money hungry political pawns they are. They don’t care about the kids anymore than the soccer coaches do. All they see are $$$$$$$$.

These TS anonymous parent posts are just getting darker by the post. I guess the dysfunction of these parents are not only on the soccer field but also in there everyday lives.

Yeah I miss the bright and sunny days where every post was about parents sucking off coaches for playing time.

Did you only learn that during covid? Teachers unions have been covering up for years. Like every profession, not all teachers fall into that rubric but there are enough to make your head spin. Ask NY union about their teacher rubber rooms and protection for less than stellar (and possibly dangerous) educators....around our kids on our dime.

These are the same parents complaining about the soccer landscape and why it’s so toxic. Yeah, keep blaming the clubs. The joke is on you. Your definitely the type of person who when the music stops is left without a chair.

Like how they run the emergency and fire drills on parent teacher conference days just so they get them done when scheduled/on time.

It didn't matter apparently that there were no students in attendance after lunch when they ran them. Just needed to check the box.

We won't need excuse letters needed if we go online again.
