I would not go that far. FSU are not dangerous in the final 3rd. ZERO penetration. Often possession with no purpose. RU had a decent plan and dod not give up many high xG chances. Just did not take advantage of the opportunities they created. Were never going to create a lot. Needed more form their attacking players tonight. Good season all the same.

Of course and not throwing shade but a poster is saying RU beat the SEC champs...they didn't. TN beat Ark pretty badly. That's all. And Michigan beat TN 3-0.

There is no way the ACC, SEC and Big10 champ should have been in the same bracket. Horrible scheduling.

I agree this was a problem. FSU used a ton of their team. RU stuck with the same lineup which was a missed opportunity. FSU had possession 80% of the game - but they needed a boost.
RU had a few sloppy passes by the freshman. it was frustrating to watch Ali not pass back and try to get through 3 players- that was a miss. # 35 played the best out of the RU players.

RU was playing a much stronger team. FSU coach is experienced and calm playing at college cup games. MO seemed to be mumbling to himself on the sideline and overall panicked. RU’s top players and their predictable set pieces got out played by FSU.
